Front bumper with winch plate without bullbar, dedicated to TOYOTA LAND CRUISER J120 02-09 . The main structure of the bumper is made of 3mm thick sheet metal , and the winch plate and frame mountings are 5mm thick . The product is first laser-cut, then bent on a CNC press brake, and the correct shape is obtained during manual finishing . The next stage is anti- corrosion protection consisting in the application of a zinc powder primer, and powder coating which gives the bumper its final appearance.The bumper has mounting holes for the shackle handles, two holes for the hi-lift jack and four for halogen lamps. The solid steel structure allows for full off-road use of the bumper.
